Allow /wsserver and /connect commands on realms

Allow players to connect a websocket to their realm server, this would allow for moderation applications and new tools for realm admins to control their server without having to be playing in the server. Right now this commands only work on singleplayer worlds but there's not much to do with them in there but they would be of great use in realms

    pretty sure wsserver command was removed because websockets are outdated
