Best Flex

I think a good way to work for a very difficult and exclusive cape to be obtained in survival Minecraft for both Bedrock & Java, would be to introduce a special cape. The game can calculate it in some way, similar to how the game records what blocks have been mined/crafted and what quantity in survival, and thus if you own all possible beacons, including a legit Netherite Beacon, I think a nice cape could be a great reward for the work and dedication needed for this huge task. I am sure implementing the tracking method to getting all the materials would be easy in regards to mining, crafting, blocks broken and all the items obtained even in raids for Emeralds.
