I’m new here. I love your ideas, I hope you don’t mind if I add to them :)

    Firstly, Deepslate Ogre:

They should obviously spawn naturally in the Deep Dark (when I mention "Deep Dark" I refer to what I believe, it being everywhere below y coordinates 0), also obviously never in Skulk biomes. However, Deepslate Ogres go out of their way to avoid Skulk, even halting from chasing players when they venture too far into a Skulk biome, as if they fear it after their lives down in the Deep Dark. Deepslate Ogres also find beauty in Lush cave biomes and Amethyst Geodes, often guiding the player to those places.

Whilst they are passive, the Deepslate Ogre wonders caves often nomadically, but can rarely be spawned in a small group, able to perform animations that make them appear as if they are communicating, bantering, or even playing with each other. A Deepslate Ogre will stare at the player curiously - as it will also do with other surface mobs that it would be unfamiliar with - unless the player has mined an ore or hurt the Ogre, it will then also reach out to the player and give them a large amount of Raw Iron, Raw Gold, Coal, or Amethyst Shard items. It would do so similar to an Iron Golem giving a Poppy to a Baby Villager. This would make the Ogre more of an ally to the player as they would be able to get an amount of material if they cannot find any ores.

I have a lot more to contribute to your Ogre concept but have exceeded the word limit so I hope I can comment more than once :)
