Expand Vanilla Cape Eligbility for MS Accounts that had Win10 Achievements

Under the FAQ for eligibility for the Vanilla Cape; I am ineligible for getting the cape since I, unfortunately, had Bedrock and Java on two separate Microsoft accounts which I owned. Despite this, I actively played Minecraft Bedrock for Windows on my new Microsoft Account (which also has my migrated Java Account) through my old Microsoft Account and earned XBL Achievements on my new MS Account for the game spanning back to 2017. While it is very minor for me, I do wish eligibility for the cape could be extended to players who owned Minecraft Java and earned at least one Bedrock for Windows achievement before 6/6/22 on the same MS Account since I have enjoyed both versions of the game and now have ownership of Bedrock on my new MS Account due to the merging of Java and Bedrock as two games under a single product. Overall, it's a minor thing to me but it would be great to have something for all the hours I've put into Minecraft Java and Minecraft Bedrock for Windows.
