capital village

A village which is larger than a normal village and has unique structures and sometimes has a wall surrounding it. there is 10% chance for it to spawn. The village will contain a bit more materials and have a variety of loot. It will have new structures for example, watchtowers, large houses and accessible mines. It will not contain any high tier blocks or items.
