Renaming "Cooked Beef" to "Steak" [Java Parity]

On Bedrock, what is known to be "Steak" on Java (and on Legacy Console...) is named to "Cooked Beef".  Bedrock Edition should have it changed to Steak to match with both editions, and it does sound better than "Cooked Beef".

    This has already been mentioned in a bug post. That bug post is open as of the moment.
