Idea for improved inventory management

Well all know how painful it is to go into the inventory, select the bed and drag it to the hot bar, only to put it down for 10 seconds and put it back into its proper place in the inventory. A nice simple fix would be to hold down say Left Ctrl and scroll up or down and that would scroll through the different rows in the inventory. We would still be able to scroll through the hot bar normally but when you hold Left Control and scroll it would scroll through the different rows of the inventory. I heard this idea from an Xisumavoid video and to be honest it's the best idea I've heard and it would help tremendously.

    it would be so nice to be able to set up ones inventory with different `loadouts` for example!

    one row for all your tools and such, another with all the blocks you want to do some building with.
