Phantoms scared of fire

Phantoms should avoid campfires. They should also take more damage from fire and fire-based attacks. This would make them easier to deal with, as they do not give players a lot of opportunities to hit them.

    They are already scared of cats, and having Smite on a Netherite Axe you can one-shot them
