Offhand Keybinds and Control Toggle/Hold

Add a keybind for the offhand, which is the right mouse button for default but can be changed. Or, an offhand usage keybind. Including the Hold/Toggle feature for the offhand or just the shield, So you can either hold the shield down with the keybind or toggle it so you can focus on your inventory or other important things to help you survive.
