If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

Diferent colors for diferents sides of the blocks (Paint)

It would be very good and useful if you can add paint, but,  that can be used for only one side of the block (if is desired), the blocks in Minecraft have four faces/sides that could be of different colors and so two layers of blocks would not have to be placed just for a different color outside and inside the structure.
