Pillager outpost dungeons

Under each Pillager Outposts would be a 5 block cobblestone and mossy cobblestone basement dungeon under that has a spiral staircase that contains captured villagers or iron golems that has an iron door, iron bars and a lever on each cell ( it’s similar to the jail room in the dark forest mansion). Also the dungeon would be dimly lit red stone torches or just no lighting. It maybe a good idea but I’m up to constructed criticism or any advice that could help improve the idea.
