(Bedrock Parity) Changing the color of Shulkers with Dye

In both Bedrock and Java Edition, there are 17 variants of Shulkers that exist (the base color plus one for each dye). However, these colored Shulkers can only be made using commands in the Java Edition, but Shulkers in Bedrock Edition can be colored by right clicking them with dye (just like you can with sheep).
