Nerf villager. disable the ability to replace workstation to get new trade

it's two overpowered to be able to replace the villager's workstation to just get new trades over again so making it so a villager let's say has a random number associated with it when it's spawns then it that determines its trades for each profession. you will be you'll still able to change the profession before you trade with it but you will get the same trades for each profession. 

It's too overpowered to get mending within like first day from trading

  It seems more efficient to be able to cycle trades, though. How annoying would it be to grind out either finding more villages or populating them, going through potentially hundreds of villagers until finding the desired one?

  If anything, maybe make mending even more rare to show up or have it only accessible through certain loot tables (as a chance to spawn with mending).
