Blocks Interface in Crative Interface or Commands

The Creative mode lacks an interface for each block that has an interface like the Craft Table or the Anvil, because often in Creative you need it and you have to look for the block and put it down, or if you want to create banners you have to take the Loom and put it down, etc... Or else we could add commands for each interface that could also be used in Survival if we have the permissions.
