Behavior/Texture Pack Organization

Add a way to manually organize texture/behavior packs into different folders or tabs, if your a guy like me you end up with A LOT of textures and addons, so a feature like this would be an excellent way to clean everything up and genuinely make installing packs on my world a lot less of a headache.
