4-legged ravager-like yeti-ish monster

This would basically be like a ravager but it just roams around. If it encounters a stray, the stray might ride it.

This is kind of like a mini-boss but not quite. It has special moves. It pushes snow boulders around, summons icicles and has a chilling roar that when hit, can freeze/slow you temporarily.

If you beat this you can get its horn, which unlike a goat horn, you can shout through to deal sonic AOE damage (not a lot though) and freezing/slowing to mobs.
