Server categorisation and parental controls

To further expand this allow parents to bring their child's minecraft profile under their Microsoft account in order to control the content their child is able to access.

Categorise servers depending on the extent to which they allow flagged accounts.

Protected - in server.properties; allowflaggedplayers=flase

Unprotected - in server.properties; allowflaggedplayers=true & allowflaggedchat=false

Open - in server.properties; allowflaggedplayers=true & allowflaggedchat=true

Anarchy - in server.properties; allowflaggedplayers=true & allowflaggedchat=true & anarchy=true

Let parents decide through their Microsoft account which server categories their child can join and whether or not their child's profile can recieve chat from flagged accounts. This adds another layer of protections which should satisfy parents whilst allowing the more mature community to continue playing as they have done for over a decade.
