Soldier villagers

These villagers would have crossbows and bows because they have no long ranged defender. They could have any kind of armour. This would mean illagers stand less of the chance. There should also be pillagers that have bows and shields. Elitigers could be illagers that spawn with bows or swords with iron armour or better.
