A new illager mob that blows the horn once a raid starts

In some wars there are people that play music/blow horns during battle and this would be a cool feature as a new illager type mob. It would play the raid horn and play tunes with an instrument of some sort and would drop whatever it was using to play the tune. this mob would only appear in raids and would stick by pillagers as they fight.
