The Pacemaker

An redstone component that when connected to a redstone line or hopper line with a range of 16 blocks. The 'line' can be controlled in various speeds. Fast, Normal, Slow

For eg. if you put the pacemaker on a hopper line 16x16 blocks within the center of it can be slowed or sped up.

This will NOT effect: minecarts, furnaces and variants and boats.

This will also give more effectiveness to redstone clocks making the piston or, dropper activate at its highest potential but besides that its main use is to increase hopper speed.

The pacemaker is crafted: a compass in the middle, 4 smooth stone in the corners and 4 iron ingots in the rest.
