Share Feedback with in the Minecraft app Itself.

Players may not want to stem too far just to suggest an idea. I know several years ago I wouldn't even get close to Mojang's Websites unless it was to edit a skin, change my name, or to access my account.

Although a simple quality of life change, I believe more players would be willing to send feedback when stumbling upon the button. And I know their might be concerns like "How do you view your own feedback" and "How would you go about voting", etc. Right after you send the message it will put a pop-up saying "Thank you for your suggestion, would you like to view your suggestion?" In which you can choose whether or not to go to the web-page.

In addition you could add a menu in which you can view the titles and a cut description of your previous suggestions, and also have an option to create newer ones.

I have no solution for voting other than viewing your own votes and submission status in the menu.
