Check command

I think there should be another thing added to /execute called "check" that can check if a player has a tag if they said a certain thing in chat or other things of the such.

    It will be useful for them to add that command, however if they did try to add it, it would come with a lot of problem solving in order to make it work. Say that the person wrote in chat “Hello” (just an example), then how long should the command block detect the comment? Or should it only detect the most recent comment until another one pops up?
    If that command did exist, it might detect my comment it’s looking for forever, giving out a true output, until nobody else is left in the world so it can refresh the chat.
