Everyone leaves their crafting tables sitting around. Why not have a villager become your rival when he discovers this "job"? Your items no longer are safe your builds are no longer sacred; your rival will build/destroy and craft to his whims.
However, worse than this is the "foe". The ravager that finds your placed crafting table becomes this "Foe". His single minded goal to craft better weapons and armor to find the person who left this table behind... God forbid you left a map behind; now he knows just where he will look!
Piglin? With a crafting table? Why he would be the king of the piglin! A throne made of a stack of gold; all piglin would flock to protect his highness. Why he even might be able to buy some saddles for those tusked unevolved pig mounts we see them all hunting!
