Skeleton Horses In Need of Update

Currently, skeleton horses are not worth their rarity. It's exciting to find them and obtain them since they're such a rare sight, but they're so absurdly weak and mediocre in terms of health and stats that it doesn't balance out with how uncommon they are. At the very least, they should be able to wear armor.

However, I think they need to be further reworked--better health, better stats, something that actually makes them worth finding. As of now, they're not much more than a trophy or a collectible, something to put on display, and it would be nice to actually have a mount that both looks cool and can actually survive being ridden around and serve as a meaningful kind of transportation.
