New command for Minecraft Bedrock that was already in Minecraft Java!

There should be this command called:

/achievements grant <targets> (only|from|until|through|everything)

- and -

/achievements revoke <targets> (only|from|until|through|everything)

    This is asking for more than just the command: it's asking for the addition of the entire advancement system, which is pretty different from achievements.
