Option To Disable Ambient Cave Sounds

We all know that ambient cave sounds sound like they were pulled straight from a horror game and this can really give people anxiety due to the fact you have no idea when the sound is going to play. Currently I have to disable all ambient/effect sounds in order to play without cave noises. I think adding a specialized option to disable cave sounds would be a small but appreciated change.
