Quick swapping hotbar with one of three rows in inventory.

You should be able quick swap entire hotbar with any one of the 3 rows in inventory with quick shortcut button. This can also work in touch just by adding something like double tapping open inventory (•••) button. As I play on mobile it's really irritating swap blocks from inventory to hotbar again and again.
