Goat horn regrowth

After a bunch of time I think they should regrow, to keep the goat unpredictable and dangerous

    Ya know, considering Goats (namely males) can apparently grow their horns back in the real world, I think this is a great idea.

    yes, with stages for the growth, nub, halfway, and full growth. make it something similar to breeding, which is once every 5 minutes if i remember correctly. though, probably longer, each stage taking 3-4 minecraft days to reach.

    I think they should grow back, just to make a sustainable way to farm goat horns, also add more crafts with goat horns
