Toggleable Censorship

Inside the options/settings menu of bedrock and java, a toggle for censorship will be found(on by default). If the account is managed by a parent/guardian, they have the authority to lock the feature in the account family account manager. With censorship off, all censored things words will be shown.

    censorship for private worlds is completely unnecessary

    There shouldn't be censorship in private servers/worlds. I can't even type the word 'Cider' on a sign. It's a little ridiculous.
