Minecraft has continuously become easier to beat. In the 1.0 update you had to look at deserts at night to get ender pearls. This was the hardest part of beating the game. Getting ender pearls to combine with blaze powder. With the addition of villager trading easily giving ender pearls through the cleric in 1.14 and enderman spawning in the warped forest, this task has gotten easier. Most regular Minecraft players can beat the game in only 8 hours. In modern let plays on the 3rd episode the player already has an elytra and normally full diamond armor. Back in 2011 it took until episode 25 until the player had full diamond armor. In order to rebalance this Mojang should implement an update making the end harder to get to by requiring unique types of ender eyes for each of the 12 slots in the stronghold. Keeping the original way of getting an ender pearl would be used for the first slot. Mojang would have to then add a unique ender pearl to each of these structures. Desert temple, jungle temple, bastion, village, swamp hut, igloo, ancient city, pillager outpost, woodland mansion, ocean monument, dungeon. Defeating the game unleashes the elytra, making rail systems obsolete. If Mojang makes the game harder they should also make minecarts twice as fast like the speed trains go IRL. This would encourage players to once again build railways like they did before the horse and elytra were released.
