    I like this idea, stealth is extremely lacking in this game (invisibility is nearly useless, and the one area where stealth is important it still doesn't work). However I think the method you suggest (having it tick based) would cause a lot of lag compared to normal AI mechanics.

    And zombies I feel like should be better at finding the player even if they are being stealthy, because that just fits zombies in general. They can essentially sniff out the player even without being able to see them.
