[Accessibility]Key bind toggle between 'Toggle' and 'Hold' for Sprint/Sneak

I would like the ability to bind a key/button to switch between 'Toggle' and 'Hold' accessibility options both sprinting and sneaking to make the game more accessible without constantly going to options to switch between these settings which can be a hassle.

Optionally I would like to bind Sprint-Toggle, Sprint-Hold, Sneak-Toggle, and Sneak-Hold to separate keys/buttons.
