Larger hot bar size in creative mode

I'd like to pitch the idea of a larger hot bar when in creative. The current size is okay for survival, but in creative it can get irritating. Maybe make it a setting or a permanent thing.

The bar has 9 slots, by adding 3 additional slots on each side we would have 15 without taking up the entire screen.

I think we would save time and it would also be more practical to view the panel of blocks at once without having to open the inventory and handle the blocks.
