In-Game minecraft social links

Add minecraft social medias in game, so more players will vote and add minecraft feedbacks, minecraft bugs, And if minecraft live is happening an achivement notification will say, "Minecraft Live!"

    With the Minecraft Live notification thing, that’s actually planned, and there’s a link to the bug tracker in the menu.
