Resource Packs, Marketplace, and Crossplay

With Java and Bedrock getting cross play at some point, there should be a place for people to share resource packs and worlds (that would replace the buggy marketplace on bedrock). I'm think something like PlanetMinecraft or the Steam Workshop for Terraria, where you could connect your minecraft account, subscribe to packs, and then be able to play with them on whatever platform you choose.

Along with something like this opening up a way for players to share their creations safely and easily, I believe this could also be a solution to a compatibility issue that java and bedrock would have; that being the marketplace. Since Java doesn't have the marketplace, and adding it would cause a lot of backlash, offering a free platform to take it's place would be a good solution.
