Dispensers Can't Plant Saplings/Seeds When Placed Behind Dirt/Farmland

For increased utility with regards to dispensers in Minecraft, dispensers should have the ability to place/plant (by dispensing) seeds on farmland and saplings on plantable blocks (dirt, dirt variants, moss, and mud). Dispensers are already able to do many "right-click" actions in Minecraft such as shear sheep, shear beehives, fill glass bottles on beehives, and bonemeal crops, so it doesn't make sense why it cannot plant saplings and seeds. Allowing dispensers to have this ability would lend much greater utility to this redstone block and would revolutionize the way tree and crop farms are designed and built in Minecraft.
