A Microsoft parternship program for community servers

I think you should just age restrict community servers by default instead of chat moderation (which can be based off our Microsoft accounts), but if a community server wants to lift the restrictions they can become a Microsoft partnered server you even maybe encourage Microsoft partners to use Azure servers. By doing so they become similar to realms severs with moderation enforced by Microsoft. This can even be done in tries with a T for Teen type Microsoft partnered servers being similar to the default moderation rules, but with tweaks. While the non partnered servers just ignore chat moderation including the global bans. That way we can continue having our anarchy servers like 2b2t we all know and love, and we can protect users who we might not want to join those kind of servers.
