It's no surprise that many people, especially those who started with Minecraft on Legacy Console Editions of the game, are not fans of the Bedrock Edition UI. From the silence of scrolling through tabs, to the general cluttered feeling it gives off, the UI in Minecraft: Bedrock Edition just doesn't feel very Minecraft-y for some players. Here's where the idea comes in. It would be nice if on Bedrock Edition, an option for changing how the UI functions and looks was available in the video tab in settings. There should be at least 3 options for your UI style.
-One that functions similarly to Java edition, for those who play on PC and like the feeling of Java's.
-One that functions similarly to the Legacy Console Edition's, for ease of access playing on a console like the Xbox, Playstation, or Nintendo Switch.
-Finally one that works the way the current one does, for those who like it the way it is now.
As a former Xbox One Edition player, I miss the unique sounds and functionality of the old menus, the new ones feel all crammed together for me and often times makes playing the game feel uncomfortable. Minecraft: Bedrock Edition seems to be a highly customizable, and adaptable version of the game, and I think the ability to change the UI to something that we're more comfortable with would make it an even more adaptable version.
