Puff creepers

Can we have small creepers that are 1x1? They would spawn in dripstone caves and they could be the same color as dripstone. Their name comes from their explosion. Puff creepers should release a big cloud of particles that causes fatigue and slowness. They would not die after releasing this, so they should be taken care of quickly.

    Ya know, this sounds like it would be a really interesting Hostile Mob. And they'd certainly be a nuisance if you encounter them in Dripstone Caves where they can camouflage and ambush the player.
