Stronghold ground layer

Strongholds should be large, visible structures with entrances and exits. They should have at least a decent fort next to them, with a chest, a jail cell, and a tower.

    I believe that an underground stronghold should have camouflaged passages, or passages that were "covered with earth".
    It's funny that stronghold generation starts with a spiral staircase, which, due to bugs, can start from ground level.
