the time that it takes for your post to get verified takes too long and can last up to a week

A week!?!?! I've been in Pending Approval for a MONTH

After a post has finished pending, it will go to the top of new posts and recent activity. This is highly needed because by the time a post has finished pending, typically no one ever sees it because it has taken a month to get approved.

Perhaps, minecraft, you could build something that picks out key words like swears and deletes the post. That would give you less posts to search through and make things more efficient.

I posted a post over a month ago and it is still pending.

Pending approval can take longer if you add extra images or web links. The more you add of either of these, the greater the post rejection chance.

Another issue with reporting posts is that it might make that post higher up on the recent activity list. This might be a good thing in terms of it being sorted out faster but it also pushes other, more relevant, posts down the list meaning that people are less likely to see them. I did see a reported post with swear words which is why I’m mentioning this. It was almost at the top of recent activity. It could have been at the top because it was a recent post but, if I am right and it was high up because it was recent activity then, a reported post should be sorted and, if necessary, removed as fast as possible not ‘put on display’ at the top of the list
