A command to disable Endermen from placing/taking blocks

I hate having to manually replace dirt blocks around my base because of endermen spawning and taking/placing blocks anywhere, while it is not annoying if your world is only a few months old, it really starts to take shape if your world is a few years old or more. I tried using /gamerule domobgriefing, but it also disables features I do want to keep. I would really like it if there was a command just for the endermen, similar to dotraderspawning.

My main idea for the command would be /gamerule DoEndermenGriefing
