Allow bedrock users to see your skin/ fix the current skin issue

I would like to be able to show off my fabulous skin in realm or connected bedrock world without just sighing as my friends say "no, I only see steve" even though I have the skin locked in on my program. I also seem to be getting constant trouble loading into my minecraft and my skins take forever to load, but that is not the point.
