Add a pig that spawns randomly with a crown like technos

Yesterday we lost a great person who didn’t deserve what happened to him but we can all remember him by putting a mob in game that spawns randomly with a crown like technos that drops high tier loot and will have a sign that’s left behind with a techno quote

    better yet, make so that it only spawns on techno's birthday, similar to pumpkin zombies on Halloween
