Please implement 21:9 support

Please add an fov fix for 21:9 players.

Playing on 21:9 zooms the camera in such that a lot of the screen is missing. I am unable to play in windowed mode either because the window goes off the screen causing some of the hud to be blocked by the windows taskbar.

I am thoroughly enjoying this game, but both ways of playing available to me are detrimental to the overall experience. An example of 21:9 being done well for this style of game is Diablo 3.
