Unable/disable chat reporting in java servers

In minecraft server in server.properties could add a option like : Chat Reporting, The function is to disable chat reporting.

    Toggleability is a bare minimum for this monstrosity of a 'feature'.

    Yes, for server admins, there needs to be a "Disable Chat Reporting" feature at the very least.

    I don't care about Bedrock, they can make it so you can't disable it for all I care, they could make that version for the kids to play on. but not for Java. Java should be left for a place for everyone.

    I host a private server for just me and my friends, and I would personally love to have the ability to disable this addition to the game. After all, we're friends and it's all fun and games.
