Keep baby mobs forever by using an echo shard on them

Why is this helpful?

1) Currently, echo shards have very little use in the game. This feature would add another use.

2) Some new technical farms could be created thanks to the new hitboxes you could reliably use.

3) Baby mobs are cute :)

4) Since echo shards create an item that shows your last death, maybe they also have 'knowledge' on how you were born - introducing a bit more lore to the game.

Really, any method to allow us to keep baby mobs forever would be great, regardless of method. A potion, a special nametag (like jeb_ rainbow sheep), new item, etc. Just figured this could double as an extra use for Echo Shards.

    Echo Shard? I think the poisonous potato would make more sense here.
