Frame Rates options for PE

As new hand held devices come out with higher CPU/power and higher refresh rate screen. I suggest adding an optional 30fps/60fps/90fps/120fps/144fps in settings. With this new fps setting it will allow a more immersive game play and smother game play. This settings will have it's limitation depending the device you play on and choosing a higher frame rate will cause a higher battery drain or a lower frame rate could extend your battery life for a longer play time. Allowing players to choose a standard or higher frame rate will assure player to have a more immerse and smother gameplay than never before. I am aware there is an "upscale" option, but it does not grant players the option of choosing what specific frame rate to play.
