Basaltic Castle Tower for the Nether!

Since the Basalt Deltas is kind of boring, why not add something to spice it up? It needs some sort of mechanic that would make it better. Basaltic Castle Towers would be that addition, spawning exclusively in the Basalt Deltas. It would have unique mob, Basalt-Infused Skeletons that would walk the castle towers waiting to slay any foolish player that intrudes. It would have a unique enchant in the loot stored in the chests, Bane of Flames, which would drastically increase damage attack damage for fire-based mobs, like Blazes.
