Fluorescent Lights

Fluorescent RGBY lights that use the Glow Squid ink would be very useful for Redstone. The lamps could just use the fluorescent lighting system that glow squids and glowing items use instead of actually giving off light. This would make them useful for flying contraptions and as long distance indicator lights, with a similar range to campfires. They would be togglable with a Redstone signal, so they can be turned on or off.
